Governing law
Parties agree that any dispute arising or in any way connected with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Jersey, USA or India as applicable without regard to its conflict of laws principle.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DTIL with respect to the DTIL’s Site and the services associated with the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and DTIL with respect to the DTIL’s Site/services.
